A couple wanted a "green", energy efficient home that would provide them with close access to the interstate and Kansas Basketball. Designer Scott Trettle developed a floor plan that fit the narrow front lot and kept the main level living area to 2,000 sq. ft. Although not in the "traditional neighborhood development" style, the crisp modern design still relates to other new homes in the development. Aluminum clad windows, metal siding, soffit and facias suit the owner's desire for a low maintenance exterior.
