Getaway Homes

Our Getaway homes meet the need for small homes that are well designed and energy efficient. The original Butterfly Getaway is one bedroom model with 650 sq. ft and integral exterior spaces. The new Clearlight Getaway is a two-bedroom version of the same plan with 830 sq. ft. The two-bedroom Clearlight can be purchased with the original butterfly roof or a raised clerestory roofline flooding the interior with daylight. Call the office for pricing information.
